Commissioning is where a project either proves it works or quietly carries problems into operation. When the party performing it is also the party being paid to finish, the client needs an independent set of eyes on the process.
NXS9 governs the commissioning, whether or not we perform it: we set the bar up front, verify the work against it, and document what actually happened before the system goes live.

NXS9 can serve as the client's commissioning oversight authority, or coordinate alongside a third-party commissioning agent. Either way, the governance answers to the client.
