Early in his career, on large commercial and industrial electrical projects, NXS9 founder Joshua Fabian was thrown into the fire. He caught up by learning from every source he could find: site supervisors, coworkers, and inspectors.
It built real capability. It also led to burnout. The industry loses talented people who simply were not given the time and structured support to earn the confidence the role demanded.
